Re: H and Mick's Lexington Q1 45Aug 21, 2010 6:54 pm Thanks Jacaranda...we should be moving in bout this time..but land was delayed over 6 months...that's life hey!! But you do tend to sit there looking at your plans wanting to change stuff...over analysing....we've just requested Double Glazing...which as you know in our climate, will definately come in handy. The money we have saved waiting we have spent...but it is well worth it. your build is coming along so well....I loved ur future front yard..very cool!!! We got some rendering down on our current house today, to ready it for sale, and the rain was so hard it washed some of it away.. I had a similar problem when we rendered our house to sell, but it was hail. That huge hail storm that hit earlier this year took huge chunks out of the render, even out of our new wooden fence. I hope they can fix it for you. Did I miss something about the tree in question in the first photo? Is the tree causing slab class problems? As y Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ ou can see in photos it grows sideways not even vertical.... You might say it's been a bit of a headache already....
