Building soon in Corindi in the Coffs harbour/Grafton area , has any one had experiences [good or bad ]from builders in this area ?
Looking to build a 30 ish square home , with a small 2nd storey section.

Hi Cameron,
We are currently building a two storey in your area with Perry Homes. Slab has been poured & bricks delivered last week. So far we have been quite happy with the service. Friends have just finished a build with Coral Homes & were very happy, GJ Gardiner also has a good reputation.

Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional.

I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol
