Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Mumma's House~Doulton Q3~PCI 21/9-walk through today! 204Sep 24, 2010 2:41 pm Hi H1ers-- PCI happened on Tuesday. A few things written on the report 1. Stove top loose from oven 2. Missing gutter guard to one of the pipes into the water tank 3. Scratches in front door-sanding and restaining 4. A hole in the plaster behind that pedestal sink that was missed by us all We could have had handover on the day of PCI except for the BANK seems to be taking it's time issueing the final payment and our contact is not returning our phonecalls. Hmm...we expected to have it yesterday and still not a word despite messages on voicemail. Getting a bit antsy here!!!! However, SS has been super cool allowing our carpeter access. The carpeter will be finished today. So far the bank delayed hasn't held anything up. However, we were planning to start moving this weekend and do the BIG move on Monday but that doesn't look like it's going to happen now. Wahhh.... My camera died and went to camera heaven with all of my new photos I'll try to get some with my old camera and give you a glimpse at my BEAUTIFUL HOUSE. I LOVE IT!!!!!
