At first they told us before site start that it should be by the end of Feb. We have had a small delay with council from the start, which set us back a month, so i'm assuming by the end of March. We have asked the question to our builder but yet to get a confirmed answer. I can't believe how each builder can vary in time from slab to frame etc.. I know some are heavy volume builders compared to others, but even people with the same builders having such a difference in time. Looks like we are one of the lucky ones. Went passed again yesteday evening, on the way back from Stawell & was disappointed that there was no work done over the weekend... Come on Carlisle. Need to lift your game a little Cheers, Mike.
