It's 14m wide and 10-11.5m long (bit larger on one side)
Not too big, not too small, just right I think

You have chosen the Artico (rendered) facade? Why do you like this facade? Mostly because I like how the entryway is huge (at the front door) feels very big and strong and impressive when you stand in there (hard to see by the pictures) and more importantly it adds extra space to the main bedroom. The other facades did'nt really do it for me, though the standard facade isn't bad. joannapaulp That's an awesome looking indoor pool you got there Fraggie, but where's the house? Shhhh, or they'll charge me for an indoor pool too!! pinkdiamond So gutter's today , They completed this in one day for us, so roof by the end of the week I reakon . Yup Yup! Re: ╠ Fragalot's Búrbank Géneration 2200 ╣ - Banks/FHOG/Ahh! 180Jun 10, 2010 2:57 pm Hi fragalot, I can understand your frustration re: banks etc. I was told all along that I qualified for the $36,500 FHOG (I'm building in regional VIC) and I knew about the 26 week deadline. Of course my land wasn't released until April (some 7 months after I signed the contract to purchase and 4 months after the promised title release date) so I have to request an extension, grrr. Unfortunately my bank isn't as stupid/flexible as yours therefore they are currently refusing to pay any of my builder's invoices (of which I have received 2) until I actually get confirmation that the extension has been approved 6 weeks worth of interest payable to builder on around $90,000- do the maths, it's not pretty Anyway I'm currently having a heated argument with my bank about the whole thing and hoping I will come out the victor. So my advice to you is; get that letter from your developer and get your application into the SRO ASAP. PM me if you want a precedent for the letter I sent. Good luck (and don't let minor things like banks being painful upset the fun that is building ) Hi All, Recently we have signed a contract with Burbank and we are not aware that they have just DORSET, SURREY, HAMPSHIRE, KENT, PILBARA and REDGUM bricks from PGH are… 0 3152 |
