Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 05, 2008 10:41 am Hi all
We're thinking of going for a house and land package with a real estate firm who has mentioned their builder is Pro-line. Just wondering if anyone had any experience dealing with them and what the quality of their homes are. Because we're building for the very first time, we're rather clueless about whats involved with these things. We would really appreciate your help. Thanks. Re: anyone built with pro-line homes in melbourne? 2May 06, 2008 11:46 am sorry to hi jack this thread, but my partner are in the same situation (looking to build our first home) and pro-line homes look quite nice. Looking forward to see if anyone has built with them before too. We've never heard anything about them until we inqiured about this house and land package from a real estate firm. Hope someone can shed some light... The web site looks great, nice houses and the testimonials are very personal. Paula Re: anyone built with pro-line homes in melbourne? 5May 07, 2008 3:30 pm Pro-line seem to be very good. They have a good variety, and the people there seem to be friendly .... but aren't all sales people. Hi anielka, my partner and i have just bought a block of land in Craigieburn (Woohoo!). We were told by a friend to have a look at Pro-line Homes, so that were i got the name from. However, we now leaning towards a PD home. Going to Pakenham this weekend to get a walk through actually. Good luck with your search. Cheers. We did a walk through and got a quote for the house and options we wanted, but i think it may be just out of price range. It's a lovely house but the options and site costs just tip it over our comfot zone money wise. So back to the drawing board. I haven’t. But have a Lowe Design home. Not only did I find Matt Lowe patronising and a bully, but the home is NOT TO CODE. I have water coming through the bricks… 1 15710 AFAIK, flashing is a minimum standard.
