We are at brick stage and apart from a phone call to introduce himself at slab stage (only by telling our administrator we hadn't had the pleasure) we have not heard a thing. Is this normal??

Answered the phone 95% of the time on the first ring, if we had to leave a message, he always got back to us within a few hours. He said he goes out everyday but couldnt i just email our customer service representative rather than (and i quote) "drag him all the way out there".
If he goes out all there everyday, then what is the problem????? I like the idea of having someone ring once a week and fill you in. I would have totally flipped out if mine had of said that to me.

She also calls if something finishes early and they will be starting the next thing earlier that previously stated.
We also have no problems calling the office to speak to her and always answers emails. Have you already contacted Wisdom Homes management about your concerns? If so what was their response?
