Don't like politics but i think the government should put a communication minister that actually understands communications. Someone like ME "E.T. Our roof tiles are being finished today, then I think onto eaves. I met air con contractor on site today to discuss outlets, zones and locations etc. We had to rechoose bench top as original choice has been discontinued. We also done tile selection on Saturday, not a real joy but it is done now. Hope you get under way too slab poured 28/6/10 Re: Building With Mirvac @ Middleton Grange? 67Aug 17, 2010 12:11 pm HI there yes, our first installment has been debited from our bank so i think we should see movement this week as we are meant to start on Friday. feeling lucky after what happened to council. I have been interested in M G for a while , we really love the way the estate is layed out and all that is available to us in the estate. We will be doing our tender at mirvac this sunday and possibly be putting the initial deposit on a block that we have our eyes on. I was speaking to one of the residents and she told me how great it is living in the estate , which is really re - assuring . Your advice is appreciated hope to be in the estate Re: Building With Mirvac @ Middleton Grange? 73Aug 26, 2010 11:28 am Hi there dazz and welcome to our little blog, from what i have seen and heard Middleton Grange is a very family orientated community and Mirvac seem to take the initiative to keep the estate well informed of what happens there. We have been there at night time and is very quiet and looks pretty safe. Most of the residents a young couples and are easy going so i think you won't be making a mistake in becoming a resident there. Im looking forward to the Tennis courts and late BBQ next to the pool Land settlement 03/05/2010 Plans into Council 27/05/2010 Council approval 16/06/2010 Slab Poured 01/09/2010 Re: Building With Mirvac @ Middleton Grange? 74Aug 26, 2010 12:49 pm Welcome Dazz. We are about 2/3 months away from moving in and we are building with Mirvac. All reports are good re MG, we like the slightly rural location yet community feel. Mirvac have been great with us, no real complaints all the way through, no hidden costs in anything so far. Choice of block is personal preference, we went bigger as wanted backyard even though block was sloping and meant extra site fees. I wouldn't want block with retaining wall at rear as would give enclosed feel once fence on top. Anyway, welcome slab poured 28/6/10 Re: Building With Mirvac @ Middleton Grange? 75Aug 27, 2010 9:52 am Hi there amccarlie here are the detail of Rochelle Jamie she is the Parkbridge Community Development Facilitator she will keep you up to date on what's happening and when @ Middleton Grange.
