After you agreed on your tender...what happens.. and in what timeframes.. do they want progressive payments i.e one month after 2 months after... etc.. From the time especially you decide... But quickly - We did a walk through with sales rep. Picked out what we liked and he did a costing. We liked the price and paid $1k to take it to the next stage. The 1K is non refundable and is used to progress you dream to the next stage... eg soil testing, preliminary contract and costing. Next part is they call you in and go through soil testing, plans and costing. If you want to go ahead you are then asked to pay another 3K. Next is the appointment at Studio M to make brick, tiles selections ....ect . Next is final contract, with all the costings and those extra things you wanted when you went through Studio M. At the signing you are expected to pay the balance of the 5% of the contact price less the 1k and 3k already paid. You then pay the base, frame, lock up, ect at the completion of the stage as per below.
