Someone who is building a new 2-storey house with plywood upstairs floors to tell me the order of events in their upstairs bathrooms . I'll skip all the waterproofing (floors, walls, bath etc). Imagine you now have a room ready for tiling / installation of vanities. Tiles need screed. So, what comes first - screed and then tiles, then bring cabinets and put them onto the fully finished tiled floor. OR: Bring cabinets and install them onto the waterproofed plywood floor.
