Did you hear back about your farm sink?
$3000-$4000 you need 65mm benches and the sink on its own is $2000 so it is out too.

It was the understanding that especially for colourbond roofs that whirly birds are a standard item/s in conjunction with the sarking. No absolutely hate Whirly birds for a few reasons. they allow the heat to be pulled out through the roof and they look just dam ugly and if a fire was to ever occur inside they make the fire develop 10 times faster as the heat is allowed to escape allowing more air pulled in. we went with under eve vents . The only reason they use whirly birds is when exhust fans installed it would normally vent directly to the roof and needs somewhere to go . Having duct and under eve vents looks nicer cost a couple of dollars extra but well worth it in our view. Will try and get some pics today Funny you say that, there are mixed opinions about this. In our instance we have both. Go figure. Re: Who is building with Beechwood 15028May 22, 2017 6:01 pm tapasr_Lexia4 bkalm I went in about 4-5 weeks ago and was told they only do caeserstone now. Ocean foam, osprey, Almond Rocca, Wild Rice, Urban and Jet Black. I dislike how everything differs so much. We had our colour selection in Feb, do you think they will honour those selections as it would be hard to change as we have our colour scheme around the same palette http://buildingourhumblehome.blogspot.com Land Deposit - 20.08.2016 Land Registered - 27.09.2016 Land Settlement - 07.11.2016 House Deposit - 27.11.2016 House Contracts - 16.02.2017 House Build Starts - 10.04.2017 Building with Beechwood Homes I think that it would only be for new builds and you will be fine. Congrats on your brick delivery we are getting roof before bricks. Cman Everyone currently receiving tender with fixed price piering and charged $8,000 ? There is no option for go with provisional allowance for piering? I found they way they worded piering in the tender strange, it was listed in the fixed prices but then in another section it said that if we went under we would get a credit and if we went over we would need to pay, so not sure why it was listed as fixed and not provisional. We ended up going over and they invoiced us for the amount. Re: Who is building with Beechwood 15035May 22, 2017 9:42 pm Bordeaux4Guest Tom2016 Bordeaux4Guest You getting whirly birds installed? It was also a requirement for BAL level. Might be as we didn't have bushfire to deal with go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110571 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11035 |
