Does anyone know anything about Commerical Renovations, if so just a couple of Questions. Is it best to go to a Builder and for him to do everything Council etc., or first to go to a Draftsman and get him to do all the initial running around Council, drawings etc.
Also hopefully I will be updating my blog next week, been waiting to go on line.

Had to read the link I’d argue that the time frame for the kitchen is past and the value of the laundry is less than the minimum trade cost.
