The architect did not do his job. You asked him to fix it according to your agreement. He should not have asked you to pay more. I would build it. He would be a fool to pursue you. But what about future changes? Currently the design needs alterations as it has many errors on it. I have used liquid paper to change some of these and given them to the engineer with my own changes, but technically I am breaking copyright, and what about any other more technical changes that will need to be made?
