i have a single storey house and part of our estate requirements we must have a render.
so i was wondering how much would cost to render
How much per sqm because we have a fairly big 33 square house.
or would it be cheaper if i did the render with the builder
if anyone has done a render after handover tell me how much it costed to do the render

from memory 30 to $40 per square meters of wall is the going rate.
But do you have to render the full building or can you just do the elevation ? what is the requirement as per your covenant ?
