If they don't match now, how do you make them match later??

congratulations Vanderlay,
I am also green with envy. (i think we should add a green emoticon for all of us jealous folk!).
i find it so interesting that owners are not allowed onto their own property / house before handover. I understand the legal / safety aspects of it, but after all it is your house. I think as owner builder I will be (and have been ) quite annoying wandering around during and after hours asking pesky questions!!
vanderlay, I really like the colour of your internal walls and architraves. would love to see some daylight photos and also to know what colour it is.

The architraves are "purest white" and the walls are "flokkati". (wattyl)

I think the walls have had 2 coats, the architraves only one so far.
