Some say it is a MUST to inspect it before the concrete goes in to ensure that the steel is in the right place etc. Others have told me they only do it after the concrete has been poured. I just don't get which it is. My understanding is that it needs to be inspected before the concrete and then hopefully just after. Has anyone got any experience with slab/base stage inspections???
