Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 05, 2010 7:28 pm Our builder is providing a HIA building contract. Where in this contract does it talk about completing the build in 10 months ? Also, anything with regards to making any payment of money, if they cannot complete in time. (I heard from few other friends who built, said that they had something that said, they will get weekly rent amount, for every week over the time). But, i read my contract HIA contract document, and i cannot see anything which say how long the build will be or any compensation payment for delays. Please clarify.
