REALLY THIS TIME! 24Dec 19, 2010 8:34 pm Hi guys, We are penciled in for a February site start. The camberwell 29 with Porter Davis on our block at the end of our 'old street' we have settled on the sale of our first build and are currently renting around the corner (also in Mernda Villages) Tender appointment done- changes to the original plan: -9 foot ceilings -garage access door to the mud room -stone benchtops to the bathroom and ensuite -kitchen copy of camberwell at williams landing -corner alfresco (concreted and under roof line) -niches in bathroom and ensuite shower -soundproofing to theatre room -bifold door in lieu of window in family room -french door in lieu of sliding door in dining -french door in lieu of window in rumpus room -void in wall between lounge and rumpus -extended mirror to bathroom -brick work over garage instead of infill We signed while the 'complete' upgrades promotion was on, which also gives us various other upgrades and signing with titled land got us free evap cooling. If I can help anyone out with prices for upgrades let me know We had our tile appointment last week and chose portifino low lands gloss tiles throughout (floors and bathroom walls) I was expecting a big upgrade at national tiles, but we walked out only paying extra for the ridiculous little piece of the hallway Porter Davis didn't include in the tiling area. Plans and inspiration pictures soon She's backkkkk... Re: I'm backkkk...... Flying along 28May 19, 2011 11:46 am Soo, will upload a more recent photo later - the bricks are half done, the roof tiles completed - but here is the house a couple of weeks ago We are building the Camberwell 29: We have a bifold where the window in the family room appears, a french door where the door in the dining room appears and a french door where the window in the rumpus room appears. We also have an alfresco that runs the length of the outdoor space. (gee might have been easier to actually upload our plans !) Most excited about our kitchen which is an exact copy of this one She's backkkkk... Re: I'm backkkk...... Re: I'm backkkk...... REALLY THIS TIME! 31May 19, 2011 12:18 pm Sheree, have PD changed to Ceaserstone for all ranges do you know? Colours look great. Fantastic floorplan as well, you won't know yourself with that kitchen and pantry! I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
