Help please!! 11Apr 06, 2010 4:12 pm Well I went to the council today and they told me that it is the developers resposibility as the estate is yet to be passed over to the council. They sent the notice of damage through to their 'works' department and told me that the developer has paid a bond to the council and this would not be returned in full to them until all damage reported is repaired once building is complete. They assured me that it would eventually be fixed and it would not cost me a cent. I'm hoping this is correct...I guess time will tell. Fingers crossed.... Thanks everyone for your advice.
