We like Clarendon Waterford ,but the site cost shocked us. Can someone help, is the tender reasonable? Base price: 222880 Standard Site Cost: 16500 Additional Site Cost: 14980, breakdown as: -Additional concrete piering extra over standard allowance: 2110 -Additional Fill" 1250 -H class slab: 2580 -Dropped Edge Beams: 7895 -Shade Cloth to Scaffold: 660 -Sewer Peg Out: 485 Provisional Site Handling: 24650, includes - due to double handing of materials (because of battle axe block) 6000 - Traffic Control (not a busy/main street, but in School Zone) 5500 - Allowance for the protection of overhead electrical wiring servicing adjacent property 1650 - BASIX 10000 - GAS service extra over the standard allowance 1500 This doesn't include any facade or upgrade. Our site costs were around 16K on a level block. We did not have any traffic control implications so can't say. Gas and BASIX - exactly the same. Our base price did not include any facade upgrades as well..
