Is FED up :( Near breaking point! 1042Jun 17, 2012 10:40 pm I really hope he isnt playing games with us I honestly don't feel that its factored into the price. It was actually a selling point. With the retaining wall, its quite a nice feature (I just wished they put it on the boundary). We are definitely looking for more land, but Salisbury Heights is minimum 1800sqm2 where we would like 1000sqm2. They say in two years time they are releasing more land, which we hope to get some. At the moment house prices arent the best anyway so it would be good timing. I want to enjoy the house as I feel we have a beautiful home, the retaining wall has just destroyed all the enjoyment that we were suppsed to have Captain Morgan, I have heard quite a few people have gone to Lawyers, but honestly we are trying to solve this issue without having to go to a lawyer as its very expensive. Re: Jessica SA! Is FED up :( Near breaking point! 1043Jun 28, 2012 5:28 pm Hi Jessie could you please tell me the name of the colours that you chose in your kitchen the cupboards and overheads, benchtop and especially the splashback. I'm embarking on a new build start in 3 months and like your choices. Thanks Kazzbah61 Re: Jessica SA! Is FED up :( Near breaking point! 1044Jun 30, 2012 8:39 pm We the overheads are Senosan (thats the brand) and I will have to get you the lower cupboards name Re: Jessica SA! We are getting conflicting information on put them straight on the ground, to crushed rock base to concrete. Can you tell me what you have done for footings. Finishing a few things up 1048Aug 28, 2012 2:08 pm Lisa for th concrete wall, the steel has to go down just as deep as it is high. So a one meter wall you will need 2metre steel. One meter in the ground and then the one metre for the wall. Hope that makes sense Re: Jessica SA! Hope that makes sense God Jess, no wonder you could not understand me, just read my post again and the spelling is apalling - note to self - do not use iphone anymore. I understand about the post depths, what we wanted to know was what did you use under the sleepers - did you put them straight on the ground - or did you put crushed rock under them - or did you put concrete under them?
