Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 30, 2010 3:53 pm Anyone else using this brick???? Have been madly searching all threads to find some pics over the past month (not many) but thought there may be some newbies possibly who are using it?? We have chosen this brick along with Woodland Grey roof, gutters, surfmist fascia and garage door but I am still so unsure.... (don't need to confirm until next week) Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32574 Re: Boral Blue Rio Brick 2Mar 30, 2010 7:54 pm Check out this thread. I love the darker ones with a blue/black colouring and will definately be using them on our next build. Your colour selections sound really good to me. V Re: Boral Blue Rio Brick 4Mar 31, 2010 9:23 am Thanks Kek- yep have seen that house on the boral site, nice but I want to achieve a different look without the all the brown tones. Corked- I hadn't seen this one! Thanks heaps. Very nice home and has given me lots to think about. All the Sand- Do you mean you would put blues and blacks with them? Aaaaargh!! I am so hopeless. My colours keep changing and have just recieved an e-mail saying I need to confirm windows today..... I had planned on using Ultra Silver Gloss but am now thinking I might match the windows to the roof and do woodland grey. *Make a God Damned decision already Michelle* Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32574 Re: Boral Blue Rio Brick 5Apr 01, 2010 12:55 pm Hi Michelle, We used PGH Blue steel flash, which is PGH's equivalent to Boral's Blue Rio, as feature brick to the front of our house. We like them because they take on the colours around them without actually being a feature. Thanks Mrs Rose, We love it too! Hope all is going well with your new arrival! Cheers, CMET Re: Boral Blue Rio Brick 9Apr 01, 2010 3:41 pm Thought your garage may have been Shale Grey. My builder says its not a standard garage door colour and would cost $650 to powdercoat it that colour.... May save myself $650 and go for Dune.
