I wonder for H class soil, how Piering cost is calculated
Do they drill (bore hole) and then decide how deep piering should be or the depthness for all piering is same

So how 12 holes worth cost $20K more I have no idea. This will dependon what is causing the instability, whether it be fill, etc. The piering cost will depend on the amount of work to be done. There is the drilling, removal of soil, concrete, additional concrete pump, and others that I have surely missed. Some people don't have time to do the job right the first time, but seem to have plenty of time to fix their mistakes. Build Thread |
