Building A New House
Sep 08, 2007 12:07 pm
Just wondering if anyone had heard anything about steel framed houses interfering with things like
* Wireless internet connections
* Cordless phones
* Television reception etc
basically anything that might be affected by several tonnes of metal being onsite?
We are looking at a building company that builds predominantly steel framed houses (which is an idea we love!) but when a friend of ours mentioned hearing something on tv (possibly on one of those whingy shows or something similar) about it we were kind of stumped as we'd never thought of that as a possibility before....
Thanks in advance

No problems whatsoever on the items you mention. The only issue is that the heater in the roofspace rattles.
