Builder signed plans on september 25th 2009. Plans submitted in council on october. Development plan consent approval on 08/12/09. Full plan approval on 06/01/2010.Colour selection 03/02/10. Issued OK to start on 26/02/10. Slab done on 15/03/10. Now waiting for the frame. I had few issues about my footing cost increased by 7k. But I found my neighbour also charged same as me, with AVJennings. That means That part of soil was bad.
