The builder has no obligation to do the fixes as long as they meet the engineering report of the builder. We have used NewHomeInspections for both frame and pre-plaster stages. Kevin produced comprehensive reports and credit due to our builder (Big M) after a few onsite meetings have completed the issues. This is also a credit to our SS. ALthough this has put us a few weeks back overall in our build schedule we are glad that we spent the extra cost on the reports. As to NewHomeInspections, yes they are extremely busy and sometimes they take a few days to returned your calls. Robyn (Kevin's PA) does not work Tuesdays or Thrusdays and the best time to get her is around 9-930am.
