Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 24, 2010 7:57 pm Hi All. Our frame has just been completed... the whole process so far is going very quickly. With the frame erected in 2 days... I am getting a building inspection done next week. May be a stupid question... should I pay the progress payment before getting the inspection done or after (and delaying the payment). The house looks cosmetically fine but just want piece of mind. Thanks in advance..
