Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 23, 2010 5:35 pm Was just looking thru our colour selections & it says we are having Hog Bristle 1/4 for the 'Soffit'? Whats a soffit ? We are using that colour inside but outside too? At the colour appointment I think I sort of recall us talking about the colour for the underside of the alfresco area so I think maybe that is what this means? Or does it mean the area under the eaves will be Hog Bristle not white like normal? Very hard to explain lol. We are in WA. We opted to not have these, and instead we have full floor to ceiling openings. Now it does look like this will be Hog Bristle insted of white - oh well I guess you dont look up too often & after checking the colour chart against the bricks & tiles & gutter I guess it will contrast nicely - luckily. Who wants to be the same as everyone else anyway haha. Just wish it would get started now so I can stop the last minute panic of doubts & double checking everything! Thanks Kim Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7172 Hi - thanks for your reply. Yes I think 'Ill go for whitish with very speckly bits rather than pure white something like this.
