Site work started around 1pm on the Friday, 5th of Feb 010 with Metric@n organising for an excavator to start the slab and retaining wall preparation. I only found out they were about to start when I received a call from site manager asking me to unlock the temporary fencing. I get there and the lock had already been forced open. Within a few minutes the excavator turns up. Happy something has started. I am glad I paid the assets protection fee around 11am that day as I guess Metric@n would of needed to explain to council why they commenced work without checking council fee's had been paid.
Picture of the block with pegs, not sure when they did the pegs but obviously before the 5/2/010.

As at 11th of March 2010
Site manager advised the roof guttering is completed and the roof tiles will be finished this week.
We also got a call about the Boral bricks roof cave in ( as a result of the Melbourne hail storm a week or so ago), so this will cause us a delay. We had such a good run with the work being done.
Whoops we are building a Metric@n Jasper 37 with a few mods to the length and internally.
My family love the design. Can't wait for it to be finished.
