Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 20, 2010 11:00 pm We have our bathroom floor tiles scratched , this was evident after a clean. Judging from the picture, is this acceptable or a defect that the builder needs to fix? How can this be fixed? Anyone experienced this before and what was your outcome? You can buy an microfibre block from a tile place and see if the marks come off. It does look like you have a chipped tile there, that will have to be replaced. Scratched tiles are a defect in the Building Code of Australia so if they are really scratched they will have to be replaced. I hope you are right that it will buff off. I am not very happy about it. Looks like the builder has to fix them. Those are not chips, just excess grout or pain dropped from the ceiling. Santorini Grande Executive ok thanks - yes was wondering if that should have been listed as Option Three! 2 7732 Your house roof does not show rusting other than some surface rust on the flashings. In my opinion you dont need to replace or paint the roof other than treat surface rust… 1 10187 |
