We got our slab done on Thursday (and we copped rain that afternoon) Good to see it is finally all going for you... Are you sure you are not able to get the Boral Mocha bricks still, we have only just put our slab down and we have been told we are still able to get the Boral Mocha we choose. We were told ths about a month ago, the builder checked with boral and we are having our bricks delivered soon About 3 weeks. We're building The Albany 330E with Casa Design & Construction via National Builders Group See how we are going here: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32694 Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – Slab completed 100May 29, 2010 4:49 pm TheAlbany Nice slab ... Yeah, it rained all of yesterday night, I don’t mind though, the slower it dries the stronger the concrete becomes (or so I’ve been told anyway). I can’t believe you can get Mocha, I am so jealous, we were told by someone at Boral that any Mocha available or being produced is all sold, even if production starts up in the next month, the first few hundred thousand lots are already sold, so for us to get it we would have to wait at least another 4 months. I don’t know where yours are coming from. I envy you though, I really do, I can’t say I’m all that happy with Blackheath. Is this crack showing some signs of bigger problems? Thanks for any suggestions! 1 1897 Take a pick with a level sittingo n the slab and a pick with a level sitting on the sill please. This will help us diagnose the issue and therefore a solution. RE,… 8 9365 |
