So we’ve had some progress over the past couple of weeks, the painting inside the house has been finished, still have the garage and exterior to paint, downpipes have been installed and connected to the underground drains and in the most exciting news, our tiling has been completed. We were there on Saturday and the tillers were there finishing off. They let us in to see what they had done, so, here are a few photos for you all to enjoy Kitchen and hallway Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ensuite with the feature tile (this is also in the bathroom but I couldn’t get a photo of that as they were busy working in there) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The toilet and laundry has also been completed but I didn’t want to get in their way to take the photos, so I’ll hopefully get them soon. I am pleased to say that seeing the tiles done has restored our excitement in the build, for the first time in months we are genuinely excited again about the whole thing. This week we should see the fit off get started, beyond that however, I’m not sure, hoping to get a PCI date within the next 2 weeks Current status: Busy making the house our home Built PD Francis 29 on our 576m2 block at Reflections in Tarneit Reflections Estate Thread Our Build Thread Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – Tiling = YAY 447Oct 19, 2010 12:07 pm Great news there Wiz! It is only a tentative date at the moment, but she said our PCI should be around November 15 , so that’s just over 3 weeks away, I have to say, I am a little excited , hopefully it goes quick Current status: Busy making the house our home Built PD Francis 29 on our 576m2 block at Reflections in Tarneit Reflections Estate Thread Our Build Thread Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – PCI date?????? 457Oct 21, 2010 10:16 am Thanks grom40, no not long at all, it is going to feel like months though, it always does when there is something to look forward to Current status: Busy making the house our home Built PD Francis 29 on our 576m2 block at Reflections in Tarneit Reflections Estate Thread Our Build Thread Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – PCI date?????? 458Oct 21, 2010 11:05 am YAY for mid November PCI!
