Hi all,
we are building with Plunkett in the southern suburb of Riverton.
Currently the roof carpenters are putting the roof frameon, and apart from a few minor issues all is going well.
Speaking of driveway, Plunkett is doing our crossover in plain concrete to match the rest of the driveway.
Our drive is 50 meters long, which will be plain concrete. Then around the house we are having exposed agg. All up, about 230m2 of concrete & agg, cositng in excess of $20'000.
We toyed with the idea of doing the concrete/agg after handover and saving a couple of grand. But we just wanted it all done, so when we move in its not a sand pit.

Hi Alex,
With a 50m long drive way, your block is really huge. Even using concrete & agg, it costs more than 20 grand. I agree it makes sense to let the builder handle as much as possible so the house looks more complete when they hand it over. All the best.
Cheers,
AG
