I know some builders might do things in a slightly different order and it may depend on state but it would be helpful to know. I tried to search but nothing came up! Also let me know if I have worded something wrong! 1. Site Cut 2. Pegging out 3. Foundations 4. Either boxing up or the bottom rows of bricks 5. Slab Pour 6. Frame work 7. Roof Trusses 8. Roof 9. Sarking 10. Bricking 11. Rendering and painting (if applicable) 11. Electrical, plumbing, ducted (anything) rough in 12. Plaster Hung 13. Setting Have no idea what comes next... Just guessing - correct me 14. Painting? 15. Cabinets 16. Tiling? 17. Fit off of lights and plumbing fixtures 18. Decking 19. What else?
