The first 10 lots got a $20k rebate and a $5k Myer voucher. Then I think it was the next 20 lots get a $10k rebate and a $5k Myer voucher Then the next 50 I think only got a $5k rebate And then the bonuses are finished. But the 50 that bought their land after us also paid about $40k more then us for the same size block in the same area. It will all work out. As I said before it isn't a HUGE deal for us just means that we budget elsewhere. I am more just putting this out there for those that have to stick to a budget and if this is an amount that is not factored in until the last minute it could be devestating to come all this way and then this happens.
