Building A New House
Re: Building with Henley at The Chase in Berwick21

Thought I'd post an update to my earlier post as I spoke to the owner over the weekend.
Apparently their house is now 2 months over it's completion date (so Henley are paying them) because the owners aren't happy (helps that they're in the building industry themselves) - there are still lots of little things to do.
However, Henley have already got a certificate of occupancy issued...even though the house isn't finished & hasn't been handed over yet. Which has presented a few problems for the owners in terms of bills & rates.

Hi Mike, no problem with that. You r not the first though, so it's ok. (Long story.....) Will definitely toot & wave if we see you & the family at your block when we come up to visit our piece of dirt on the weekends.
Speak again soon.
