Haha.. As I keep telling people, I'm famous now. C'mon you haven't 'made it' unless you've been in the build section if the Sunday Mail LOL!

Hey Tam, for us WAliens, is there somewhere on the net I can check it out?
The road to success is always under construction
House completed April 2011 - slowly making it a home...

how did u find the whole build process with hickinbotham??
Honestly, it was good. There were hiccups along the way but now that we are looking back on it all it was really good. We still have some maintenance issues but they are getting worked out. Being south you'd have the same supervisor as what we had & he was great.
Are you going to have a tiled roof or colorbond? Are you changing the floor plan at all?
From signing of contract to handover was 9months, ha a whole pregnancy. The build was just under 20weeks.
Up above, ^^^^ bobbaloochi also built the Preston with some modifications. Her house is gorgeous!
ooohhh thank you Tam - so is yours!!

Maybe just a little.. I don't have the muscles to paint. My arms hurt now & it was only HALF of a wall!

Yes I agree there are enough dots - it's making me go cross eyed I don't think you need the red frames either - the white one looks good for contrast.

But there is a little wall that is also getting worked on but it's not finished yet!
She is getting a new bed soon so we are waiting on that to arrive. I don't know why though as we end up sleeping nose to nose in my bed every night.

Actually from that angle I don't mind the red frames!
