Saw that same roof this arvo and it's totally finished off now on the edges as well. Looks awesome!!!! Our retaining wall posts are in so am hoping by tomorrow night there may be a few sleepers in there we can look at.... the Prestons are moving along. YAY for us! Lots of work at yours today. Your retaining walls are going to look GoRgEoUs Re: The Preston @ the 'Coast Estate' - ROOF! 63Sep 29, 2010 5:07 pm Thank you! Yes just went past and must say I am quite happy with them! I know, your roof was finished in two days - crazy! Nope didn't get the termite protection. Someone from Hickinbothams left us a message to say frame should be delivered in the next 14 days however we have told them to hold off until retaining walls are finished so I believe they are waiting until we advise them retaining is all done. It still doesn't feel completely real to me, that I will actually be living in a new house next year!! Re: The Preston @ the 'Coast Estate' - ROOF! 64Sep 30, 2010 4:45 pm We got that same phone call not long after the slab but the frame was delivered pretty much the next day. I've decided not to go down for a few days in hope:-/ that something new has happened. Fingers crossed the bricks are finished sometime soon & the next part can begin.
