There were hiccups along the way but now that we are looking back on it all it was really good. We still have some maintenance issues but they are getting worked out. Being south you'd have the same supervisor as what we had & he was great. Are you going to have a tiled roof or colorbond? Are you changing the floor plan at all? From signing of contract to handover was 9months, ha a whole pregnancy. The build was just under 20weeks. Up above, ^^^^ bobbaloochi also built the Preston with some modifications.
