Re: 30 Thirty Estate 86Sep 29, 2010 7:46 pm Hi there, I took a quick drive through the estate this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find that they have started doing the tar road for stage 4. They have also put the pegs back for the plots so can actually see the size of my plot. Looking good for titles in early November. Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 87Oct 04, 2010 7:53 pm Hi there, An update on the progress. Crossovers nearly done for stage 4. I was able to measure my plot and it is all in order. They have still got to finish the road but things are looking up now. Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 88Oct 05, 2010 9:22 am Logan Hi there, An update on the progress. When are you planning to start building, which builder and house? Do you (or others) mind to take some pictures of the estate when you are there and upload them here? I haven't been there for a while. Thanks Re: 30 Thirty Estate 89Oct 05, 2010 6:44 pm mqtutor That sounds great. When are you planning to start building, which builder and house? Well we would love to start next month however it will depend on when the land titles and then when we can get a site start. We have not signed our contracts yet due to soil survey not being done yet as we want to know what our site costs will be for the contract. We are planning to build with Clarendon and we have chosen the Voltaire. I will try and upload some pics I took a few weeks ago however this was before they started on the roads. What stage are you building in and what are you planning to build? Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 90Oct 18, 2010 8:53 am Logan Yes it is very exciting. I heard a bad things about them so thinking to pull out, we haven't signed the contract yet, but they told me they will order the soil test for my lot. They give me fixed site cost about 6K, sounds reasonable for me, isn't it? Re: 30 Thirty Estate 92Oct 27, 2010 8:39 pm Hi there, Things have really started happening at the Estate and lots of work looks to have been done. Stage 4 looks like it has been done and ready for titling. Spoke to Alex from Benlor and it should be released in the next few weeks. Been out to the plot and all roads have names and road markings are done as well. Plot markers are in but not yet numbered so almost there.... Regards Logan Hi all, Anyone got the news about the land title? I don't see any updated pictures in 30/30 website mypointcook dot com. If someone can upload some pictures with the progress of the estate that will be great. Re: 30 Thirty Estate 94Nov 10, 2010 6:51 pm Hi Mq, Apologies for not posting pics but need to check how to set up link through photobucket. Stage 4 is now done and my Coveyancer heard back from the developer that it should be titled by the end of November so settlement would be two weeks after. Will have to wait and see if this happens but they have really been moving fast as they look to be pretty far into Stage 5 and Stage 6 as well. Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 95Nov 14, 2010 4:51 pm Hi there, Here are some pics of the estate which I took today. House building is progressing nicely and noticed 1 house at lock-up stage already!! Regards Logan Re: 30 Thirty Estate 100Nov 29, 2010 6:31 pm VSRT Ours is lot 114 on Gallant road. It's good to see houses coming up on the estate, saw fences up on Stage-3 as well. It's very exciting It certainly is exciting. We seem to be finding an excuse everyday to drive through the estate. I can not think what it will be like once we start building. Our builder is still doing soil tests to confirm the slab type. Can anyone advise what slab they have if you have started building already in the Estate Regards Logan |
