Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 31, 2010 11:54 am Just wanted to know how long it has taken generally on average to move from prestart to then start on site work. I know it may be affected by approvals from council for plans etc... but on average what are the timeframes that you have all experienced. Also, your experience with builder, after you have signed the prestart, has it been smooth? and does your Point of contact change after prestart, because prior to prestart its the sales consultant, when does this change ? It really does make a difference, especially when they're willing to answer your queries and take the time to explain things to you! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=22766 - my build thread!
