I have a quick question about easements - or more specifically the minimum distance the house has to be from them.
Our land has a 2 metre (I think sewerage) easement line our estate/stage plan - so can I build right up to that line or does it mean that that's where the actual pipe is and I have to go even further in? It's lot 1702 on this plan:
I heard somewhere that the alfresco can be but not other parts of the house? Is it a council thing?
