Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 22, 2010 7:13 pm We have just purchased a gorgeous piece of land to house our little family,(hubby and 2 sons, 2 dogs and my horse and motorbike crazed hubby and boys). As the topic says we bought 5 acres in the hunter valley. We have lots of work to do and hope to get lots of advice from this forum and hopefully once its complete it will be worth the wait. we have 3 builder going out there this week to do site inspection. The 3 designs we have chosen is Hermitage court (trple garage) from Beechwood The Tenterfield (lots of changes - triple garage) McDonald Jones The Heritage Estate - Masterton. As there isnt any of these houses on display i was hoping to meet someone on here that has experience with these designs and would be able to show me real life progress pictures rather than computer images. Thanks and i look forward to getting to know you all and enjoy/share this journey with you all. Building in the Hunter Valley - 5 glorious acres. I look forward to following your progress - building in one of my favourite places in the world. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with any of the three builder choices you've got, but look forward to hearing about it all anyways.
