1 SITE COSTS: Those costs that arise from placing a chosen home on your land and the cost of connecting services. Cost depends on the home and the characteristics of the site.
2 FLOORCOVERINGS: Carpet, Timber Flooring, Laminate Flooring, Bamboo or Floating Floors and Tiling (other than wet areas as in bathroom, ensuite, kitchen or laundry supplied)
3 FURNITURE: Will you be taking the furniture you have or will you be wanting new furniture in the new house.
4 LIGHT FITTINGS: All lightshades etc
