One inspector told me not to worry about getting the site checked just before the concrete for the slab is poured, another did advise me to get one done as it's too late once the concrete's down. I was thinking of pre-slab, frame and pre-handover. However, one inspector advised that lockup is highly recommended to make sure the wet areas are thoroughly sealed.
