The answer was finish pluming, pipes, electrical etc - should take about 4 weeks after roofs were finished, then plastering and after plastering - about 12 weeks. ... built a Promenade with Clarendon. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=25104 20-10-09 - excavation and piering completed ... 12-04-10 - Basins fixed. Sometimes they seem to do things completely @rse-about.
