Re: Building The floreat SPH aubin Grove 5Feb 15, 2010 2:29 pm Hi Merlin We are also building in Aubin Grove in the Aubin Garden Estate. Originally we looked at the floreat but then decided to go with C*ollier. Looks like the floreat is quite a popular house. Which part of Aubin Grove are you building in? I know what you mean about the waiting. We purchased our land in June and settled in September. Had our plans in with council beginning of November but took til end of Jan for approval. We are scheduled to start siteworks tomorrow. Hopefully no more delays. Hope your build goes smoothly and you dont have to wait too much longer. Hi fi_lars We went with the floreat as it included everything we wanted with minimal changes... I think our extended time frame is more due to the builder then council problems, as I think SP have just taken on too much of a work load. Also, I don't think your attachment worked, it's still a little bit dikky on the forum so maybe you could upload it to photobucket instead? Re: Building The floreat SPH aubin Grove 13Feb 22, 2010 1:40 pm merlin4 Have just been told that paperwork is at scheduling and is still another 4-5 weeks before the slab is due to go down!! That's great, hope there aren't too many problems in scheduling. Did any of your changes affect the facade, as if they did it might have to go back to the council, which might slow things a bit? You should be a month or so behind my Floreat.
