Our bathroom will look very similar to yours - and it looks fantastic! I think we went for the same laminate in the bathrooms, and with dark floor tiles with white tiles! Yay! Congrats and hope you enjoy the move! Hi MPCJ! Thanks so much! I do love your taste in colours I am really looking forward to seeing your colours! I think it's the most enjoyable time of the build, seeing all the colours you picked come together! We'll need some luck with move! I must say I was so embarrassed when my SS first contacted me after realizing the photos I'd posted were from his job, and he goes, "So I've finally worked out who Poochie is!!" I didn't know what to say so I just burst out laughing!! I'm really lucky to have had a great building experience too, which helps. The company have been amazing because my land was a massive challenge. Building in Promenade Estate, Doreen Re: Poochie's Bentley - YAY!! PCI COMPLETE!! PICS 86Mar 27, 2010 8:46 pm Looks fantastic! I'm so glad you had a great experience on the day. Love all your colours - they have come together beautifully and I also love that little window in the kitchen. Bring on Thursday Bek I'm back Re: Poochie's Bentley - Keep me away from those shops! PICS! 87Mar 28, 2010 5:11 pm Seeing as I can smell the finish line, I went a little crazy at the shops today! I really should have stayed away but I couldn't help it! I found myself at Spotlight South Morang where I bought this really nice paper towel holder for the kitchen, and matching Spoon Rest thing.... http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/ab30/stessygirl/Picture.jpg Then, I had to go next door to Loot, where I ended up getting some really nice hand blown items. I haven't uploaded the matching decorative balls, but i got 3 small and 3 large to place around the vase or on their own... http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/ab30/stessygirl/DSC01022.jpg http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/ab30/stessygirl/DSC01025.jpg I have had this black vase for ages, but I had some brown grassy stuff in it which wouldn't have matched the colour scheme of home, so.. next, I found myself at Westfield in Raging Earth, where I got these blue sticks to dress up vase... http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/ab30/stessygirl/DSC01029.jpg Finally, I have uploaded a pic of this set of 5 bamboo sticks from Freedom. I got two bundles, and these are going to be put at my front entrance in a massive indoor planter! I haven't found the right one yet, but I'm so close to it! I definitely have alternatives if I can't get exactly what I want! http://i846.photobucket.com/albums/ab30/stessygirl/DSC01026.jpg Oh dear, keep me away from shops!!!! Building in Promenade Estate, Doreen Re: Poochie's Bentley - Keep me away from those shops! PICS! 88Mar 28, 2010 6:39 pm Loot is my new favourite shop! Have you got yourself a discount card yet? I think it's 15% off all full price stuff... not that what they have is overly expensive. I could spend days in that place!!! ps. your house looks so lovely! my stupid dial up took forever to load the pics... I had a whole glass of wine just waiting to see your kitchen oooh... paranoid about my admin reading my thread... I've already sent her links to our building blog (as we had nothing to hide)... but I let loose in the forum, rather than the blog Re: Poochie's Bentley - Keep me away from those shops! PICS! 89Mar 28, 2010 6:50 pm you are so funny, Erin!!! I loovveee Loot!! They have gorgeous cushions too! Ohh, I didn't realise they had discount card! I gotta get onto that! The stuff I got today was heavily discounted, and I still want to go back and get more! Good excuse to get another glass of wine! Slow dial up might be a good thing after all!!
