OK at the end of the build things will be 'fixed' and patched but to me the number of issues is totally unacceptable. Has anyone gotten or sought compensation for total non client satisfaction?? We dont feel we should be paying new perfection home price as per our contract for the number of repairs we are receiving. Do we have any grounds to stand on?? We pointed out (in writing to the head of the company) that we were paying for a NEW house and would not be accepting a patched-up repaired job on anything. Everything got fixed and we got paid liquidated damages for being 16 weeks over contract time. Some things took a bit of time and patience - a couple were ixed after handover, but they got done. Stick to your guns. Refuse to pay the final payment until they have provided everything exactly as specified in your contract.
