Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 09, 2010 1:49 pm HELP I am seriously confused. I went to visit my land the other day and found that my pegout was done. I went the following week and discovered that my site had been scraped. I thought wow! my builder really wants to get things going. BUT... according to my builder they haven't started any site works. They have only done the pegout! We are about to start soon as well. Has anyone else encountered this or know anyone who has? I really would like some direction on how I get this sorted. Is my builder responsible as they have started with the pegout already or am I meant to chase this up? I called up council and they said they cannot release information unless I put in a form. Something about freedom of information or something... Isn't this my land? F*** F*** F*** Villina with Trend facade Sydney Re: Who performed site works on my land? Turns out the same excavation company does work for my builder. They said they will rescrap the site to what it will meant to be. Unfortunately no discount for me.
